How much exercise?
Most health benefits occur with at least 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) of exercise per week. It does not have to be done all at one time. Break it up by doing:
- 30 minutes of vigorous exercise, 5 days per week
- 10 minutes, 3 times per day for 5 days
- 15 minutes twice a day, 5 days per week.
